Social Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions apply to information Tyler Prosthetics processes through its connected Facebook and Instagram business accounts. You can ask us to locate and delete that information at any time.

How to submit a request

Email hello@tyler-prosthetics.com with the subject “Social data deletion request.”
Tell us whether the request concerns your Facebook or Instagram account, the account name or profile link, and the approximate interaction date.
Do not include medical details, insurance information, account numbers, or other sensitive health information in your email.

We may ask for limited additional information to verify the request and match it to the correct interaction. We will confirm when we have processed the request or explain if we need more information.

Automatic requests through Meta

If you submit an automatic request through Meta, the connected-app deletion is processed synchronously before our callback returns a confirmation code. Keep that confirmation code as your reference. You may include it in a follow-up email, but do not include medical or insurance information.

What Tyler Prosthetics will delete

After verification, we will delete stored comment or private-message content and the associated social account identifiers held in our marketing workspace. If an authorized business representative requests deletion of Tyler's app connection, we will disconnect the requested provider connection and remove or revoke the credentials held by our application.

We may retain content-free security and audit records when reasonably necessary to document that a system action or deletion occurred, meet legal obligations, or protect the service. Those records cannot reconstruct your message or social account identity.

Copies on Facebook or Instagram

Deleting data from Tyler Prosthetics' marketing workspace does not automatically delete public copies held by Facebook or Instagram. Use the deletion controls in the applicable platform, or identify the public post or comment in your request and we will take the actions available to Tyler Prosthetics on that platform.
